WoW PhilippineS - cagayan valley

The next stop after the dagupan trip where I was able to eat its famous 'bangus' and la union's beaches is the cagayan valley. The Cagayan Valley sites I visited are Echague, Isabela; Cauayan, Isabela; Tuguegarao; Aparri; Sta. Ana Cagayan.

 During the time we (together with my friend tech) went there in Tuguegarao, the city was celebrating the Pavurulan festival.
